We are here not just to deal with orders placed, but to help, assistance and advise with any queries you may have.
Orders on all pieces are manufactured to each individual basis, returns are not offered due to to the third party manufacturing and postage costs incurred (this does not affect your statual rights) items will be insured in transit against loss or damage, items must be opened and checked upon delivery with courier as witness for insurance claims.
We have the right to change products or prices without prior notice.
Delivery, Handling and Despatch.
All store prices include Vat (no added Vat on checkout), postage and insurance costs will be added on check out.
We will keep you informed throughout the order process, from receipt of payment, progress of order and delivery process.
Once an order has been placed, that item will then go into the manufacturing process of printing and mounting (usually within 7 days), then the order will be carefully packaged and despatched, our aim is to turnaround an order as fast as possible without sacrificing quality (we do our best when possible and aim to achieve this under a 7 day turnaround in the UK, other countries may take longer) .
All items delivered within the UK will be send recorded delivery and will require customer signature on arrival - PLEASE - carefully open package and check condition in the presence of the delivery person in case any damage of items has occurred during transit, in which case it can be noted with the delivery service and insurance claims can be made with said service. PLEASE NOTE - no insurance claims can be made after items have been opened and delivered once the delivery person has left the premises.
All non UK orders please enquire regarding shipping and insurance as rates will vary from country to country. Unframed - mounted only prints will only be available to non UK countries as standard (unless you specifically request and agree to the following terms and conditions below) because of excessive insurance and delivery costs from the UK postal service due to risk of damage of glass during the shipping process.
Special requested framed prints to non UK countries customers must firstly agree, and are on the basis and understanding that Natural Viewpoint Photography:-
i) cannot be held responsible for any damage to orders once they have been shipped.
ii) additional postage and insurance costs are met by you, the customer for the handling of the glass within the product and if any additional costs are added by your countries import service as detailed below.
iii) any damage of item and insurance claim is taken up by the customer personally with the delivery service used. (we will assist you, the best we can).
Overseas orders may be subject to additional costs of tax and handling duties by that countries import service which we can’t be liable for unfortunately.
Method Of Payment.
All purchases are carried out through Paypal, ensuring a safe and secure online shopping experience for you the customer, if you prefer to use other means of payment eg. personal check ect, please enquire as this may be acceptable.
Please note, payment is taken once an order has been placed so that item’s manufacturing process can begin.
Guarantee and Returns.
All prints will have an archive life of 100+ years under normal usage / hanging conditions, direct sunlight will, if prolonged, reduce this lifespan due to fading, it is highly recommended to keep prints out of direct sunlight.
Our products are carefully chosen for quality and manufactured to the highest standards using the latest technology and materials, we are sure you will be more than delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you will need to inform us via email (within 28 days of purchase) and give reasons why and upon acceptance of said reasons and safe return of item in original condition, a refund will be issued minus manufacturing and deliver costs, return delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
